Gen 1:26 (Then God said,
"Let us make man in our image, after our likeness; and let them
have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of
the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over
every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth." )
God is the creator of Life.
God created all things and designed how they are to live.
Gen 1:27 (So God created
man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male
and female he created them.)
We are created in the image of God and God gave males and
females different attributes and different roles to play in His
creation.
Our identity is give to us by God.
Lev 18:22-24 (You shall
not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination. And
you shall not lie with any beast and defile yourself with it,
neither shall any woman give herself to a beast to lie with it:
it is perversion. "Do not defile yourselves by any of these
things, for by all these the nations I am casting out before you
defiled themselves; and the land became defiled, so that I
punished its iniquity, and the land vomited out its
inhabitants.)
God's design and purpose is for the male to take a female as a
mate. For men and women, God's purpose was for a man to have a
wife, someone that he should be faithful to and live with until
death separates them. God did not intended for any other
alternative. That is why God calls any other form of sexual
intercourse an "abomination."
Rom 1:22-27 (Claiming to
be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the
immortal God for images resembling mortal man or birds or
animals or reptiles.
Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to
impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves,
because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and
worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who
is blessed for ever! Amen.
For
this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. Their
women exchanged natural relations for unnatural, and the men
likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed
with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with
men and receiving in their own persons the due penalty for their
error. )
When men refuse to follow God, thinking that they are wiser than
God or that God simply doesn't matter then God will give them
over to their vial Passions.
The consequences are broken lives, sexual diseases and a life
filled with guilt.
1 Cor 6:9-10 (Do you not
know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God?
Do not be deceived; neither the immoral, nor idolaters, nor
adulterers, nor sexual perverts, nor thieves, nor the greedy,
nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor robbers will inherit the
kingdom of God. )
Those living in immorality will not inherit the kingdom of God.
God has shown us the way. If we reject Him and choose to live
our lives our own way, we will not receive us when our earthly
bodies pass away.
1 Tim 1:8-11 (Now we know
that the law is good, if any one uses it lawfully, understanding
this, that the law is not laid down for the just but for the
lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and sinners, for the
unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of
mothers, for manslayers, immoral persons, sodomites, kidnapers,
liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound
doctrine, in accordance with the glorious gospel of the blessed
God with which I have been entrusted. )
The Law of God is to show us the way. When we reject the Law we
reject God. God will for give us when we repent and turn back
to Him. Even after a life time of sin, God will receive you
when you repent and ask God for forgiveness.
Jude 1:4, 7 (For admission
has been secretly gained by some who long ago were designated
for this condemnation, ungodly persons who pervert the grace of
our God into licentiousness and deny our only Master and Lord,
Jesus Christ.

just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities, which
likewise acted immorally and indulged in unnatural lust, serve
as an example by undergoing a punishment of eternal fire. )
As believers, we need to be constantly on the look out for those
who would corrupt the Word of God.
2 Peter 2:6-10 (if by
turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to ashes he condemned
them to extinction and made them an example to those who were to
be ungodly; and if he rescued righteous Lot, greatly distressed
by the licentiousness of the wicked (for by what that righteous
man saw and heard as he lived among them, he was vexed in his
righteous soul day after day with their lawless deeds), then
the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trial, and to keep
the unrighteous under punishment until the day of judgment, and
especially those who indulge in the lust of defiling passion and
despise authority. Bold and willful, they are not afraid to
revile the glorious ones, )
So deep in sin are some people that they can no longer feel the
natural guilt that comes from sin and are unafraid of God and
even boast of there sin as if they were living righteously and
justified in their actions.
Rom 1:32 (Though they know
God's decree that those who do such things deserve to die, they
not only do them but approve those who practice them. )
Their rejection of God is so complete that they look to corrupt
other to their lifestyle.
Mal 2:17 (You have wearied
the LORD with your words. Yet you say, "How have we wearied
him?" By saying, "Every one who does evil is good in the sight
of the LORD, and he delights in them." Or by asking, "Where is
the God of justice?" )
It is a tactic as old as mankind: To redefine words to suit your
own purpose. It is common practice by the homosexual community
to say that God blesses committed relationships no matter what
their makeup. But this is clearly not the case.
God has stated unequivocally that He hates sexual sin of ALL
kinds calling it an abomination, perversion (of His will) and
wickedness.
Mat 19:4-6 (He answered,
"Have you not read that he who made them from the beginning made
them male and female, and said, 'For this reason a man shall
leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the
two shall become one flesh'? So they are no longer two but one
flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man put
asunder." )
God designed man and woman for each other. There is no
alternative to this design and any attempt to redefine the
relationship between a man and a woman is going against what God
intended. It is a perversion.
1 Cor 6:11 (And such were
some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were
justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit
of our God. )
God forgives! Repent and turn back to God and He will heal you
and restore you to Himself.
